The person in this role will be responsible for providing all guests visiting the Folio Winemakers’ Studio Taste Gallery with an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service (100%):
- Greet all guests to the taste gallery in a polite, friendly and professional manner.
- Provide tastings and tours to guests, as required.
- Educate our visitors on wine and Folio.
- Inform guests on wine club opportunities.
- Sell wine!
- Perform opening/closing duties, as necessary.
- Restocking wine and non-wine merchandise.
- Clean and straighten up the retail area to ensure a clean and neat appearance is maintained.
- Work on special projects as directed.
