Canada: Dual Territory Manager

Purpose of role: On Premise:
To achieve volume, profit, market share, consumer trial, and brand equity in the on-premise channel as per the Canadian market plan. Approach business through the Total Beverage Alcohol Agenda. Grow Diageo brand distribution in accounts. Execute Customer Marketing promotions, to ensure brand trial, and equity with target consumers.

To optimize consumer Fulfillment of Brand Promotions (flawless execution) Diageo Products to have maximum on shelf presence to our consumers in adherence to LB policy. To ensure Diageo products are available 100% of the time to our consumers. To ensure our products are available to consumers whenever a justified opportunity exists. To enhance effective partnering with our customers to ensure consumer commitment is fulfilled on a continuous basis.

Territory Manager has responsibility for their territory, and also shares responsibility for managing Merchandisers if applicable as well as 3rd party representatives.

The incumbent must have working knowledge of Liquor License Act across market, top line knowledge of retail route-to-market and knowledge of beer operations, persuasive selling and negotiation skills, and needs to know brand strategy.
