Canada: West Regional Manager

Owner of the regional training calendar for the West region: communicate, align and support training implementation within the region.
Provide input to the design and development of all MD Sales training activities for the West region and primarily lead the execution of:
i. Train the Trainer for Sales Managers
ii. The Molson Way to Sell & Merchandise Orientation training for all Sales Associates, Sales Reps, Merchandisers & Sales Managers
iii. The Molson Way to Manage accreditation training for Sales Managers
iv. Caddie
Establish and execute annual MD training curriculum (in close association with HR, OD and other corporate compliance initiatives)
Responsible regionally to support the implementation of existing / future CPS strategy
Management of Sales Training budget for the West region
Accountable of the training results: ensure the training programs are developed and delivered on time and on budget
Work closely with the Change Management Business Partner and Sales Executives within the market
Day to Day
Seek feedback and approbation on some training activities, content or material at different level (DSM, Directors, VP, sales reps, merchandisers).
Participate within the National Training & Change management group in building the training programs
Assist in creating guidelines for training, course design and course material construction.
Ensure that information contained within each document is accurate, peer reviewed and regularly updated.
Select Super users, if needs be for the region.
Coordinate with the National training coordinator all training activities in its area from a logistic point of view (communication, technical assistance)
Promote training program within the area
Support all end users, trainers and super users in its area
After all training programs & activities put in place measures and monitoring systems to evaluate if the training objectives have been met, users’ satisfaction and potential needs.
Organizational Relationships
Reports to the Regional Business Partner, Training & Change Management
Influential role with Sales employees.
