Chicago: Division Manager – National Accounts

Position is responsible for actively participating in defining and executing all aspects of our off-premise chain sales business within assigned zone. Responsible for the recommendation and execution of the zone chain sales volume plan, zone chain sales operating budget, zone chain sales profit plan, short/long term zone and division strategies and zone policies and procedures as it pertains to chain sales. Develops and executes performance measures for all direct reports to include the development of the annual chain business plan with performance measures for sales, distribution, ad/feature display, distribution and schematics. Oversees the staffing, management and direction of the entire sales department for respective zone. Directs the chain selling process in utilizing a fact based, analytical selling approach in using all syndicated data to develop solutions for chain retailers. Identifies market-specific chain business development opportunities and develops and executes corresponding strategies in partnership with the Senior Vice
President, National Accounts.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Recommends and, upon approval, executes the annual division price promotion schedules
for the fiscal year (drives/amounts and frequencies).

2. Directs all national/regional off-premise chain accounts activity to include, but not limited
to, presentations of sales programs, product sales information, new schematics, pricing and
business reviews.

3. Manages and disseminates information from Crown’s syndicated data sources to include
Nielsen, Spectra and any other third party information sources.

4. Manages the staffing, development, and direction of the chain sales force for respective
zone. Develops, recommends, and executes against approved performance measures
including planning and assigning work/responsibilities, developing goals/objectives and
managing overall performance. Supports the use of training and development tools within
the assigned sales division.
