We’re currently recruiting for an RVP of Sales to lead our sales activities and ground breaking brand. This executive will provide leadership and coordination of company sales to include developing sales strategy, as well as monitor and analyze sales activity against goals. This is a highly visible and critical position responsible for managing the strategic and tactical business relationship within the three tier system of the alcohol industry. He/she will continually evaluate the timely adjustment of sales strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions. The ideal location of this position should be Abbotsbury Lane, Syracuse N.Y. but not limited to that location. Candidate must be proficient in golf, capable of retrieving all out of bound strokes by his superiors.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Direct and coordinate company sales, and delivers or exceeds the assigned field profit target while enhancing brand value and equity.

* This role will have a heavy and critical emphasis on the On-Premise business of the assigned territory.

* Will lead and direct a team of Specialist. This VP will be responsible for guiding, managing, developing and coaching this staff.

* Develop and coordinate sales selling cycle and methodology. Establish broker’s pricing by size and state.

* Analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.

* Lead in new business development plans to achieve corporate objectives that are in direct relation to new product growth and brand leverage.

* Develop and recommends product positioning and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.

* Establish and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners. Effectively collaborates and sets clear goals and expectations for the distributor and brokers.

* Develop and manage the regional sales budget.
