Germany: Senior Scientist – Fermented Research
Key contact / responsible for Fermentation Research (FR) strategy formation and tactical execution.
Job Profile: Principle Accountabilities
• Strategic support to build global FR objectives together with Corp Research, Fermentation Platfrom leader and Scarabaeus
• Development FR research charter in leveraging own knowledge of relevant FR for non-alcoholic beverages
• Plan and use internal and external resources according to annual plan
• Execution of FR experimental goals/objectives towards 1-2 Technical Proof of Research Concepts by Q2 2010,
• Proactive organization and presentation of FR technical proof of concepts as deliverables to FR, R&T and R&I teams,
• Lead, manage and develop junior FR associate also located in Au.
