Missouri: Chain Sales Executive

Currently, we have an opening on our team for a Chain Sales Executive focusing on the Grocery channel.

The Chain Sales Executive role has several different areas of focus which are described below.

Develop/Maintain Chain Account Plan:

  • Annual plan and trimester updates
  • Customer priority and opportunity discovery
  • Align with class of trade and regional strategy
  • Volume and profit forecast
  • Develop plan imperatives & needed resources

    Sell Plans/Solutions to Customer:

  • Call on buyer, retail operations and any internal/external resources that can influence execution
  • Execute sales presentations while utilizing fact-based selling techniques
  • Communicate call results to Distributor network and coordinate plan execution with customer and Distributor

    Customer Relations & Stewardship:

  • Improve MillerCoors’ relationship and alignment with the account(s)
  • Penetrate customer organization to identify decision makers and influencers while building rapport, trust and credibility
  • Shares customer Best Practices across team, regions and distributors

    Business Performance Management:

  • Monthly volume and profit forecast
  • Track & evaluate performance
  • Drive favorable mix to achieve volume, share and profit goals
