  • The Business Cycle and Capex Director is responsible for the definition and coordinator of an integrated business cycle for financial results (full P&L and cash flow) and owns the AB InBev Business Plan (internal valuation model). Coordinates the capex approval and control, defines guidelines for annual budget and regular reviews focusing on projects’ costs control as well as the projects’ benefits allocation into the overall company budget.
  • Coordinates the AB InBev Business Cycle (3 year plan – long term planning and 1 year plan – budget).
  • Provide input and support to CFO and CEO regarding long and short term target definition including link with overall company strategy.
  • Monitor return on invested capital worldwide.
  • Support capital structure review and proposal to the Finance Committee of the Board.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive tools and processes for industry capacity planning and analysis, footprint analysis and capacity capex.
  • Validate the technical scope of identified projects and challenge budgets.
  • Monitor the status of capital projects in the Zones to ensure timely delivery within budget.
  • Routine audits of Zone Brewery Support Groups to ensure compliance with global standards.
