  • The Global Director Planning & Performance Management (PPM) for Information Technology/Information Systems and Human Resources reports directly to the Chief Information Technology/Information Systems and Human Resources, and is a key business partner for the global Information Technology/Information Systems and Human Resources teams ensuring optimal focus and performance.
  • Fully responsible for the design, enhancement and implementation of the PPM processes for IT/IS and HR globally.
  • Benchmark internally and externally Anheuser-Busch InBev and Human Resources performance to identify areas of opportunity and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and lead benefits realization initiatives for IT/IS and HR globally.
  • Ensure the business cycle routines of IT/IS and HR areas by standardizing reports, analysis and projects.
  • Project management of the key global projects in HR and IT/IS (report on progress, achievement of deadlines, etc.).
  • Monitor the performance of the Global Headquarters HR and IT/IS organization and recommend corrective actions, when needed.
  • Lead the budget process for the global headquarters HR and IT/IS organization in line with the company zero based budgeting principles; validate the financial impact of the plans included in the budget, guarantee that the HR and IT/IS budgets are submitted according to the business cycle; monitor and challenge on a monthly basis the budget; change the existing zero based budgeting policies when necessary.
