South Africa: Trainee Operations

To train in order to develop, implement and manage business and
financial plans for Depot Operations to satisfy service needs and
optimise, develop and safeguard resources and eliminate waste.

KEY OUTPUTS

· Plan for Depot and Warehouse effectiveness.

· Understand resourcing for Depot effectiveness and demonstrate the ability to implement plans to improve.

· Optimise Depot performance: Warehouse and Distribution.

· Assistance with the management of Key Performance Areas (KPA’s).

· Monitor the execution of Depot plans.

· Analyse customer service and design plans to close gaps.

· Routine reporting duties.

· Monthly analysis on Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).

· Perform administrative duties.

· Coordinate activities between Depots and Regional office.

· Handle customer queries & complaints.

· Ensure optimal asset utilisation.

KEY ATTRIBUTES AND COMPETENCIES

· Good communication skills

· Exceptional Analytical ability

· Ability to work independently

· Above average computer literacy

· People management and Leadership experience.

· Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
