Spain: Aquabona Brand Manager


Accountable for consumer / market trends-driven opportunity identification, development of marketing strategies and implementation of brand programs to drive profitable volume growth while creating long-term value for Aquabona.

Essential Responsibilities :

1. Opportunity Assessment: Monitoring of market and consumer to identify and prioritize sustainable growth business opportunities to be addressed by Aquabona Brand or other water brand within the BU portfolio.
2. Brand Strategies: Support on definition and development of strategic paths (for a water portfolio brand) with local relevance and global alignment to capture identified opportunities, while building System commitment (Other KO areas and Bottlers) behind those strategies.
3. Brand Plans: Design and implementation of Marketing Plans managing all variables of an integrated program, including participant alignment: IMC, Technical, Finance, Bottlers and PAC  to ensure excellence and timely execution.
4. Tracking and brand performance analysis: Operative discipline on programs evaluation thru success metrics criteria to allow learning’s development and continuous improvement on brand business performance.
5. Project Management: Accountable for development and implementation of Complementary BP Programs plans aimed to achieve Brand Business commitments.
6. Business orientation: Accountable for Brand P&L (volume, contribution and DME management).
