Texas: Chain Manager


The Director of Key Accounts main priority is driving Company off premise objectives through a specific group of Regional Account Managers and Category Managers/Analysts. Key responsibilities include: coaching and developing direct reports; owning key account budgets and results (Distribution, Price, Promotion, and Presence); developing productive business relationships with senior management of key retailers; and driving best practices through producing excellent results and creating innovative solutions.

1. Strategic Business Planning and Execution
a. Executes short and long term strategies and activities consistent with company objectives and standards
b. Allocates resources where the investment has the highest payback with strategically important customers
c. Drives the business planning and budget process for the Business Unit’s chain accounts
d. Monitors market trends and feeds relevant consumer and competitive information to the HQ.
