Texas: Stateside Sales Manager

Robert Oatley Vineyards is searching for a talented and experienced wine sales person who thrives on hard work and would like to be associated with a wine family that has a marvelous history.

We are seeking unusual individuals; unusual in the sense that they require little or no day-to-day management because they are professionals in every way.

We need candidates who have good relations with on-and off-premise accounts in their areas, who understand the protocols of the wine business, and who are ready for the challenge of building a new brand from virtually nothing to something meaningful and successful because of their good work, their persistence and their high ethical standards.

This position is for the entire state of Texas with the opportunity for growth provided the candidate exceeds expectations.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Independently and/or with distributor salespeople, present our wines to all on- and off-premise accounts where our brand should be on offer.
B. Support our distributor management and sales force.
C. Conduct staff tastings and training for distributor and licensees.
D. Conduct consumer tastings.
E. Represent the brand at trade and public events.
F. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual goals.
G. All duties usual and customary for such a position
H. Provide monthly report to company president.
