Britvic has big plans for our new financial shared service centre here in Solihull. We see it becoming the centre of excellence for providing cash flow and document management solutions for the entire business, and we’re looking for world-class talent to drive our ambitious plans. That’s where you come in as an Accounts Payable Administrator. Responsible for query resolution and processing financial documents, you will ensure that all controls, deadlines and targets are adhered to, while providing a quality service to internal and external stakeholders. We are seeking candidates with excellent prioritisation and relationship management skills who can flourish in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment. - Processing payments / collections and resolving queries in line with SLAs, KPIs and targets established by the line manager
- Registering, scanning and indexing financial documents
- Ensuring supplier statement reconciliations are accurately processed
- Providing support to internal and external customers
- Attending and actively contributing to team meetings, highlighting any inefficient processes and financial risks to the line manager
- Supporting process improvements and team initiatives, and actively pursuing personal development.
