UK: Customer Development Manager

Your main responsibilities as Customer Development Manager will involve:
- Grow profit from existing business
- Maintain and develop existing account range and space
- Deliver new business
- Use new business and category principles to negotiate regional and multiple contracts in line with the RTM
- Negotiate customer ADF/LTD agreements in line with RTM ppl guidelines
- Drive distribution of core range and NPD
- Effective sell-in of promotions and NPD to ensure excellence of execution
- Develop a close working relationship with CDE/TSR’s to ensure availability of ‘push’ sku’s
- Execute National Account Plans
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all necessary admin relating to execution and customer profitability
- Effective data analysis and appropriate adoption of reporting and measurement tools and processes
