UK: Sales Automotion Programme Manager

To ensure success in our commercial goals for Africa we will be rolling out a change to automate a number of in-call and sales driver activities across key markets. This initiative, as part of Diageo way of selling, is known as the “In Touch” programme. For Diageo Africa there is real competitive advantage to be gained by rapidly and successfully deploying this change across 5 markets in F10.

To ensure the success of this investment and the scale of change, a dedicated and focused regional resource will be required to orchestrate and support the in-market deployment teams. The role will be accountable through the local change teams for ensuring the success of all 5 deployments from analysing, planning, developing, and embedding.
The Africa Regional IN-Touch lead will be required to work closely with the Global In-Touch team as well as work directly with in-market change teams to ensure the most effective rollout for the Africa region. Given the role is regional there will be significant travel (c.60%) to the 5 African deployment markets (RSA, Kenya, Uganda, Ghana, Nigeria) required throughout the year. The role can be based either in London or in Africa.
