UK: Tele – Account Manager


Molson Coors Brewing Company has a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated and strategic thinking individual to expand their sales and account management skills in our Customer Service and Sales team.

As a Customer Tele-Account Manager, you will provide high quality customer service and sales support for a large number of accounts within the free and multiple on trade sectors, handling and maximising weekly orders and dealing with any queries to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

When you join us as a Customer Tele-Account Manager you will:

• Manage weekly orders, advising on and selling products and promotions where appropriate
• Work closely with account managers to grow existing accounts and drive new business
• Keep in touch with all accounts to ensure that sales to the outlet are captured and maximised
• Establish close working relationships with all internal teams

For the position of Customer Tele-Account Manager we are looking for someone who is a proven sales achiever, preferably within a telephony environment. An innovative thinker with the ability to make effective decisions and communicate at all levels, you will be highly self-motivated with excellent planning, organisational, communication and negotiation skills. This, combined with your high levels of customer service and strong business acumen, will enable you to drive the accounts forward and maximise revenues.
