Washington: Operations Manager


The Operations Manager is responsible for overall maintenance of corporate facilities, maintenance of all processing and production equipment, oversight of all shipping, receiving, bottling production, receiving and warehouse activities.

Essential Functions (Core Responsibilities integral to the job – must be able to perform with or without reasonable accommodation. Includes supervisory responsibility, use of equipment, and indication of key contacts, if applicable)
• Responsible for managing the following areas: Bottling Production, Warehouse (including Shipping/Receiving), and Maintenance
• Specific emphasis on bottling production responsibility includes continuous process improvement and the ability to identify key performance indicators and measure line performance in meeting production goals
• Responsible for overall facility maintenance up to and including maintenance of processing and production equipment
• Supervision of staff including hiring, training, development, coaching, and retention
• Work in tandem with Director of Operations to make recommendations for capital expenditures regarding equipment and facility upgrades, including facility expansion
• Execution of all environmental, safety, and security measures, working with fire and building inspectors regarding permits and safety inspections/programs
• Manage contractors/vendors for a variety of goods and services related to facilities and production.
