Winconsin: Integration Initiatives Manager

The Integration Initiatives Manager will coordinate & facilitate MillerCoors integration activities as we drive to become ABBC. Responsible for working closely with IMO & IT leadership as well as business leads responsible for the integration sub streams to:

  • Ensure the right integration strategy is developed, debated and executed
  • Partner with the integration sub streams to identify dependencies, tradeoffs, sequencing issues and roadblocks amongst them. Lead efforts to resolve their issues.
  • Ensure appropriate pacing of integration / change management for MillerCoors employees and overall organization
  • Coordinate integration communications for key stakeholders (incl. all employees)
  • Develop metrics and manage integration performance scorecard

    Responsibilities include:

    Integration Strategy Development-

  • With IMO and IT leadership, develop a vision for the ‘integrated’ MillerCoors and develop appropriate communication materials
  • Understand the needs of specific functions at their proposed destinations in context of overall integration strategy
  • Identify and lead analysis on strategic integration issues to be reviewed with Senior Leadership
  • Conduct regular discussions with Senior Leadership and Integration Council to review/gain acceptance to integration plan(s)

    Partnering with integration sub-streams-

  • Work with business and IT leads of all integration sub-streams to understand their overall objectives and strategies
  • Determine dependencies, tradeoffs, sequencing issues, roadblocks & resulting implications between the sub-streams
