Lambert Bridge Winery has retained Benchmark Consulting to conduct a search for a Business Development & Special Events Manager.

Develop and implement Sales Programs and Traffic Driving Initiatives to attract the events and visits of individuals that match the wineries targeted demographics. This would include but not be limited to: hotels, concierge and event planners, key destination travel and tour groups, event planners and luxury affinity groups.

• Planning, production and management of successful high profile public and private events. This position will make all design and layout and style decisions for each individual event. Sources all catering options, rentals, music and entertainment, staffing, POS and promotional materials. Position is required to coordinate available space, time and staff with the Winemaking and Tasting Room managers. Also works with the Sales team on selection of wines presented at events.
