Job Description
SUMMARY
Responsible for building relationships with corporate accounts and encouraging them to have their corporate off-site events at our Napa and Sonoma Wineries. Additionally, will be responsible for vendor booking, party planning and general follow-up for on-site events that support brand awareness, wine club and direct wine sales efforts.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Uses sales calls, sales presentations and corporate mailings to generate interest in the use of the winery for corporate events.
• Performs Customer Relationship Management function for our key customers such as Destination Management Companies, Hotels, and local Conference and Visitors Bureaus.
• Prepares event proposals and agreements.
• Sells group tours and tastings for our Tasting Rooms via transportation contacts, lodging partners and tour companies.
• Prepares sales forecasts according to prescribed budget guidelines.
• Updates Hospitality Directors quarterly on year-to-date performance and tentative bookings.
