Primary Purpose of Role
This developmental intern position requires the incumbent to actively participate in multiple aspects of the supply business, obtaining hands-on experience and professional development in key areas of viticulture, winemaking and management, under managerial direction.

Key Decision Making in this Role:

• Must display a desire to learn in a safety-oriented, team-based environment.
• Utilize problem solving skills to determine effective, practical and financially viable outcomes to project based problems.
• Provide an interface between scientific research and grape production/winemaking.
