Directly contribute to the Molson Distribution team’s mandate for continuously improving employee health & safety, productivity and Customer Service performance

? Benchmark national distribution key operating metrics; ie. productivity, cost per unit, etc.

? Benchmark national distribution service standards

? Establish national operating standards for Distribution

? Develop a national distribution excellence index

? Prepare distribution capital spend forecasts

? Annually consolidate national distribution Long Range Plans (LRPs)

? Act as the Distribution SOX “Assessor”

? Represent Molson within Industry activities; distribution related

? Maintain productive relationships with internal Customers and Industry peers

Skills/Attributes:

• ? Incumbent shall be required to travel potentially on a frequent basis
• ? Knowledge of transportation and warehouse operations required
• ? Ability to develop and author Standard Operating Procedures required
• ? Ability to lead/coordinate activities required
• ? Excel (spreadsheet) proficiency required
• ? Access (relational database) proficiency of advantage
• ? Knowledge of BI (BW) tool of advantage
• ? Ability to represent/model distribution networks, materials or process flows schematically of advantage
• ? Ability to prepare/analyze financial models of advantage
• ? Knowledge of WM and/or TM systems of advantage
• ? Knowledge of warehouse automation systems of advantage
