Colorado: Project Leader


The Project Leader is responsible for process improvement and capital project management including planning, execution and documentation. This position will coordinate plant personnel, Joint Venture resources and contractors to deliver projects throughout all areas of the plant. The position will also be the primary contact for drawing and print management in the company’s document control system to support the Quality, Safety, Engineering and Asset Care groups.

Develops, managers and communicates project budgets. Budget compliance.

Ensures project execution is compliant with all applicable codes and regulations. Provide employee safety compliance.

Manages resources to complete projects. Maximize resource efficiency.

Maintains and provides accurate prints and drawings. Accurate information systems. Provides for equipment reliability and availability.

Provides engineering assistance to Asset Care resources. Provides for plant maintainability and reliability.
