Kentucky: Homeplace Manager

The Homeplace Manager is responsible for the comprehensive oversight of the Sonoma-Cutrer Homeplace experience and strategically aligns Homeplace operations with the overall brand business goals and objectives. Direct responsibility for the sales, marketing assistance and operations of homeplace programs, events, tours, tasting room operations, CRM and Wine Club activity. Ensures quality performance and standards while strictly adhering to financial and budgetary guidelines.
Basic Function:
In alignment with marketing direction, responsible for the overall management of Sonoma-Cutrer Hospitality and CRM activity. Produces quality brand experiences for consumer and trade groups.
Responsibilities:
Homeplace Operations Management
•Develop monthly and annual reporting model to keep brand team apprised of financial results, as well as the overall activity of the facility.
•Work closely with the Finance team to develop annual budgets and capital plans.
•Hire, manage & train the collective Homeplace staff. Build effective organizational plans/ structure and issue job descriptions as needed.
•Responsible for excellent customer service and e3 values. Coach for staff success by communicating event goals, business focus and desired outcomes to achieve excellent standard of detailed execution.
•Create and develop customer service and SOP for the Hospitality team.
•Review and monitor event program report to forecast operational components effecting property use and manpower.
