Netherlands: Channel Marketing Manager Off Trade

The role of channel marketing is to grow the category in the channel;
- Deep understanding of channel dynamics and opportunities
- Own operational marketing in the channel: sales drivers, activation programs, POS execution
- Guide Hub consumer marketing in its decisions being the voice of the channel and customers
- Contribute to the JUBP – particularly category strategy, trade strategy and sales units plan
- Serve as an interface between Hub consumer marketing and Sales team / category development
- Accountability for A&P spent in its channel
Measurement: Share versus competition, category growth, NSV, GM, OP, Cash, Brand health, Distribution, Visibility, Promotion.
