We currently have an opening for a Quality and Sanitation Director in our Minster, Ohio facility.

Leading the quality organization and driving actions within a continuous improvement mindset towards World Class Manufacturing, in order to achieve and exceed the agreed levels of customer/consumer satisfaction and food safety, in compliance with the State and Federal regulations. Establishes and maintains strong working relationship with all departments of the site, other plants and Headquarters Functions.

Responsibilities:

1. Manufacturing capabilities

•Audit and contribute to improve the reliability and predictability of the manufacturing processes (level of defect, level of conformity ABC, variability, accuracy, CIP effectiveness /Neptune, microbiological level, etc.) and support the day to day production activities.

•Lead the industrialization process of new products/processes/materials introduction into the factory.

2. Vendors capabilities

•Developing and controlling vendors is the responsibility of the central teams (CQA, SSD, DPT, etc.) They approve reliable vendors and put in place quality insurance programs with them.

3. Site facilities compliance (flows, buildings, etc.) – Audit and contribute to improve the compliance of the site with the Dannon/Danone and legal requirements (food safety, prevention of contamination, bio vigilance, etc.) and strive to improve the plant standard in general buildings, people and material flows, uniforms, chemicals used, sterile air, filtered water, etc. are audited and the relevant documentations/ procedures are put in place and updated.
