Leadership responsibilities
Will be accountable for ensuring Diageo has an effective Executive Reward strategy with supporting policies and governance processes. Must connect with the wider Reward and HR function, understand and embrace Diageo’s strategic vision and leverage external advisory and networking relationships.Leads a team of 3.

Purpose of Role
To lead the further development of Diageo’s Executive Reward strategy in the context of our strategic and performance goals; ensure excellent communication of Executive Rewards that connect to key Talent and business performance management processes; ensure effective deployment of Executive Rewards in partnership with HR Service Delivery; ensure Diageo fulfils all corporate governance requirements for Executive Rewards (including oversight of the all-employee share arrangements); ensure Diageo’s Executive Rewards continue to attract, retain and motivate the best global talent.
