UK: Litigation Executive


The main responsibility of a Litigation Executive is to proactively manage the processes related to ex-lessee final statement issue through to litigation, responsible for early collections on ex-lessee final statement to reduce need for legal action and to save costs.

Key responsibilities:

  • Reconcile & understand completion statements
  • Issue accurate information to ex-lessee
  • Obtain payment on undisputed completions
  • Investigate disputed completions
  • Track progress of Change of lessee process providing accurate reports
  • Instruct litigation action & liaise with legal service providers
  • Develop & Continued improvement of best practise

To be suitable for this role, you will have a sound knowledge of working in a litigation environment, possess a full understanding of the litigation terminology, reconcile figures with accuracy, along with the ability to analyse and identify changes in trends. Possess excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word. The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive, have an eye for detail, and be willing to take on responsibility.
