UK: Operations Manager – Engineering (Planning)

This Operations Manager role will have you working with the best in the brewing business.

As an Engineering Operations Manager with Molson Coors Brewing Company, you’ll lead a small team to deliver world-class performance across our entire asset base, which we rely upon every day to produce our great beer brands.

You’ll oversee a variety of maintenance activities, ensuring our engineering operations run smoothly so that we deliver the best in productivity, value and service.

This is a newly created role where the scope for development is limitless. You’ll have the freedom to develop the position across a wider network, possibly at an international level.

When you join us as an Engineering Operations Manager you will:

• Coach, mentor and develop your team
• Analyse our asset care system and work with operations to identify new opportunities to maximise its value
• Manage equipment breakdowns by undertaking planned and reactive maintenance activities
• Work with our suppliers to effectively control and manage storage space
