UK: Quality Executive


To contribute to Diageo GB’s organic brand growth through total product quality at the consumer point of purchase. Installation, Servicing and Quality .To ensure that every decision and action has customer satisfaction at its core. Sales · To help develop, implement and deliver the total sales agenda for the region by using all reactive calls as a sales opportunity.

Top Accountabilities
1. Effective planning and management in order to carry out day-to-day installation, dispense and emergency callout operations within priority framework.
2. Take advantage of sales and brand growth opportunities when in-call where possible, or inform sales colleagues of appropriate sales leads (eg new listings, new accounts etc)
3. Maximise all space for Diageo GB brands in outlet
4. Manage dispense equipment and basic POS stocks and budgets
5. Produce reports on activities and performance when required – using pc where appropriate.
6. Input into technical/quality strategy by proposing efficiency and process improvements.
7. Identify emerging trends on area and communicate that knowledge to key contacts within team and head office.
