USA: Communications Lead – Global Technical Information Programme


Drives the creation and implementation of the Phase I Global Technical Information Programme (GTIP) Communication Plan.  Plan includes best practice communication, events and activities to create and sustain the necessary level of engagement with sponsors, stakeholders and target communities delivering the programme successfully.
§Initiates and builds great relationships that give insight into the mood of the GTIP stakeholders and targets, helps identify communication challenges and provides insight into the best approach for clear/concise targeted communications.
§Proactively identifies event opportunities and creates internal communications that support the programme in its goal of increasing employee engagement, aligning employees behind programme goals and securing their extra discretionary effort towards achieving them.
§Active engagement with Business Acceptance Groups and local implementation teams, globally, to build relationships and support the delivery of local communications.
§Works in partnership with Change Management team to successfully deliver change management strategies that ensure successful adoption of change impacts to people, processes and technology.
