Atlantic: Consumer Call Centre Clerk

  • Review bottle returns and arrange to have bottles shipped to contact person
  • Review returned mail ; Scan and send to call centre for follow-up
  • Review incoming mail and scan/e-mail to call centre for follow-up
  • Assist with data checks to ensure that calls are properly coded
  • Assist with the tracking of serious/escalated complaints; update spreadsheet with status
  • Monitor and order stock from Molson Shop for fulfillment team and special orders
  • Ad hoc requests for assistance in referring files and transferring complaints received from brand partners
