Australia: Sales Manager – Wine

Based in North Fremantle, reporting to the General Manager Off Premise & NZ this pivotal role is responsible for analysing, developing and implementing the strategy for the Wine business, to focus on achieving growth in the Foster’s wine portfolio across all channels.

In this role, you will focus on growing the total wine portfolio, identifying and developing business opportunities for wine and driving growth of both volume and profit in the off-premise channels.

This role will embed a ‘speed to market’ approach in customer leadership and create an environment where all business opportunities are identified and actioned with urgency.

The role will also be responsible for the ongoing evaluation of capability across the total wine team and ensure a continued focus on lifting the team’s ability to drive the wine result.

Working closely with the region’s Business Development Managers and Key Account Managers, you will implement and influence both the On and Off Premise wine strategy for WA to ensure the national and state business plans are achieved.

Your strength within wine and the Australian wine market will enable you to focus on growing the total wine portfolio and driving profit growth for the channel.
