Canada: Brand Promotions Manager


Team Leader who maximizes the potentials of others to develop Brand specific concepts and brings concepts to life (initial concept phase right through to program alignment, production, distribution & communication of program elements to Field Sales)

2. Leads & engages team members to seek out innovative tools and processes which lead to corporate efficiencies or competitive advantage that result in increased sales

3. Lead & develops a comprehensive communication methodology which is most effective in the seamless transfer of executional details of promotional programming & distribution of tools to Field Sales teams. Incumbent is required to lead communication that ensures organization aligns to strategy.

Design, develop & implement promotional programs & Customer bar tools by applying & transforming Brand Marketing strategies & creating impactful, leveragable, brand programs which drive volume & share results for Molson Core Brands. National Accountabilities to include:

– National ‘via Customer’ promotions

– National event platform ‘via Customer’ and Field development and execution

– National campus programs

– Repeat tactical innovations

– Customer and Channel Thought Leadership & Innovation

– Development of signage/merchandise

– Quality tools

– Core merchandise

– Brand standards
