UK: Records & Information Management Assistant

Member of the Records & Information Management Compliance Team (within the Corporate Legal department) helping to provide records and information management services to the Legal Department and other Diageo business units.

Junior member of the team with no direct reports. Provides general advice and assistance on records and information management to Diageo departments, may carry out small-scale projects, and after initial training will work mainly without direct supervision. Possible future development to a more senior role within the team.

Assist with the retention, inventorying, storage, access control, retrieval, review and disposal of company records of all types, formats and media in accordance with Diageo’s records management policy, procedures and professional practice. Help maintain the Legal Department’s specialist information management applications. Support other team members as required.
