California: Business Development Manager


Lange Twins Winery and Vineyards is a fast-growing, multigenerational, and sustainably certified winemaking and viticulture organization that is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for San Francisco, East Bay and South Bay territory. We are looking for an effective communicator and sales professional that is able to develop and present creative and unique presentations, maintain effective working relationships, and manage his or her business to achieve territory goals. This territory is loaded with potential for a business development manager with a sound business acumen, which excels in identifying sales opportunities, building relationships, possesses superior customer service ability, and has a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Job Requirements:
• Identify a broad base of on and off premise accounts as distribution targets.
• Make regular sales calls on each account and achieve sales and distribution goals.
• Establish and maintain direct communication with accounts and keep them informed of winery news and events.
• Present our wines and participate in trade and consumer events including vintner dinners, trade lunches/dinners, and wine festivals that are pertinent and beneficial to the winery.
