PURPOSE OF ROLE
This position supports Foster’s Wine Estates business objectives by identifying optimization opportunities within Fulfillment Operations systems and processes. Primary responsibilities include; the development and implementation of the program and measures that reflect the overall effectiveness of the Fulfillment Operations organization; analyzing key drivers of cost impacts to spend / budget and identifying areas of improvements; analyzing key drivers of service impacts and identifying areas of improvements; development of service & operations reporting; maintenance of data accuracy and integrity of systems that enable fulfillment operations including JDE, WMS, and scheduling systems; and development / execution of training programs related to systems and processes. This position also provides the link between sites and other functions including Human Resources Administration services, Worker’s Compensation, Scheduling/Planning, Procurement; Logistics, Customer Service, and Supply Finance.

• Manage financial and service performance reporting including but not limited to; Ensure data integrity in JDE system and WMS Fulfillment Operations Cost analysis and reporting, Capital evaluation, CER preparation and tracking, Scenario planning and labour analysis, Wastage analysis and reporting, KPO (KPI) tracking and reporting, Purchasing system (Optima) management, Packaging Line performance analysis (OEE)., Line downtime analyze line changeover analysis, freight and distribution cost analysis, continuous improvement project effectiveness, DIFOT and related service performance measures.
