California: Innovation Marketing Manager


Act as a proactive brand portfolio and business leader to CWUS Sales and third-party
distributors via astute management of all elements of the marketing mix. Work as a key
partner to the Vice President in the development and launch of new and emerging brands.
Brands include: Hayman & Hill (California), Diseno (Argentina), and VACA (California).


Brand Planning, Strategy & Management
? Develop integrated consumer and trade programming to meet Plan depletion and
shipment objectives, including point-of-sale materials and trade communication while
adhering to budgetary constraints.
? Take ownership for brand results on a market-by-market basis through insightful
analysis. Identify gaps to Plan and focus marketing resources at the market and SKU
level when appropriate.
? Develop intermediate range strategic brand plans by providing business analysis and
by making recommendations to address competitive and economic dynamics.
? Review packaging and recommend changes as needed. Oversee creation of new
packaging when required, including consumer research.
? Partner to VP in the development of new brands, both domestic and imported.
? Ensure adequate and economically sound inventory levels are maintained to meet
Plan needs.
? Tasting and style input with winemakers, where practical, to ensure consistency of
wine style and quality.
? Coordinate compliance issues.
