UK: Business Development Manager


An opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager to cover the Kent region. Working directly for the Regional Sales Director you will be tasked with prospecting for and developing profitable new business within the area. This will involve all stages in negotiations from initial contact to closing the deal. An excellent understanding of the financial side of our business is therefore essential.

You will have a solid working knowledge of the free trade business with the ability to demonstrate the following key skills and attributes:

  • Being commercially astute with strong numerical, financial planning, cost control and loan business skills experience
  • Be an eloquent influencer with strong communication, presentation, negotiating and relationship building skills
  • Have strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Be decisive, results and brand focused
  • Be keenly aware of market dynamics and be able to maximise competitive advantage
