Miami: Senior Shopper Insights Planner


As a member of the Business Analytics and Consumer Insights Team, this position is expected to bring the retailer’s shopper perspective to category management and marketing decision making to accelerate incremental growth for both the retailer and Bacardi brands. This role will be responsible for managing consumer understanding tools and particularly customized shopper segmentation that help extract insight for the retailer and brands. Supports national accounts & assigned retailers in the development of strategies for all shopper touch points.

– Serve as a comprehensive point of contact supporting the National Accounts Shopper Solution Initiative to achieve objectives and move the business forward

– On a continual and pro-active basis, identify key shopper and market information needs that arise on assigned areas of responsibility for both Bacardi and the Retailer

– Design, implement and analyze cost-effective shopper and segmentation research studies to address information needs/gaps for assigned businesses.

– Execute analysis and provide insights to unlock growth, accelerate sales and increase shopper commitment incorporating both shopper information and retailer data.

– Consistently offer insights and council to all internal clients that are based on research learnings and reflect a solid understanding of both the shopper, the Bacardi business and the retailer

– Manage research suppliers and clients to ensure quality control on data collection and analysis

– Measure and evaluate effectiveness and efficiencies of Shopper Solutions that are implemented as growth drivers for each retailer

– Drive a common brand building and insight language for the entire organization

– Ongoing market analysis and assessment of competitors and market intelligence with a focus on the future and value creation.
