U.S. Virgin Islands: Director Human Resources-USVI

Purpose
Tailor and deliver Diageo USVI people strategies (salaried and hourly) to drive business growth by developing,

retaining, and attracting top talent, building organizational alignment, and enabling a strong, shared culture. Provide leadership for people agenda for the USVI business and act as government and community relations contact as required.
Maximize talent management to support functions, streamline efficiencies and costs for the USVI business. Oversees talent management for critical business support services that have accountability for

maximizing shareholder value. Influences functional budgets.

Accountable for talent assessment, selection, deployment, capability development/retention, and cultural

adoption and ways of working. Lead People Strategy delivery.

Examples of decisions:

Adapt and? deliver the people development strategies for the USVI business and the PTR Strategy

Organizational and individual development diagnostics and? interventions for client groups

Management Responsibility (List functional, project, operational or market responsibilities; include the number and bands of

employees supervised, including those supervised through subordinates.) List role that incumbent will report to.
