This position is for a full-time Tasting Room Manager to be located at our new St. Helena location off of Hwy 29. This position will oversee all aspects of the LMR’s tasting room including management of day-to-day operations, personnel, budgeting and the development of policies, procedures, staff training, and manuals. The perfect candidate must be sales oriented, wine knowledgeable, computer literate, have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to sell. This leadership position requires initiative, vision, and excellent communication skills and relationships with management, customers, and staff.

Long Meadow Ranch (LMR) produces wine, olive oil, grass-fed beef, eggs, and organic fruits and vegetables.
