UK: HR Business Process Advisor


An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint an HR Business Process Advisor to join our HR Reward & Insight Team within Scottish & Newcastle. This role is based at our Scottish & Newcastle Head Office at Broadway Park, Edinburgh.

This role is part of the newly created Reward & Insight team and reports to the HR Information Standards & Contracts Manager.
Based at Broadway Park, this role will be to provide business process advice to the HR function ensuring that effective and auditable processes support business objectives. Your role will be to develop connectivity between the different HR related systems used across the business and by outsourced providers as well as maintain the SAP HR system infrastructure.
You will ensure that other systems linked either by manual or automated processes follow the same framework. You will also be required to train team members on becoming experts on the processes and systems. Strong communication and relationship management skills are essential to build partnerships with other employees within the UK and Netherlands, especially when working on key projects. In this role you should be able to identify continuous improvements and provide solutions where necessary and be comfortable to think out the box and make suggestions that will benefit the process and the company.
