USA: Brand Change Project Coordinator


To coordinate the Supply cross-functional effort aimed at delivering Brand minor changes, Mandatory/legal changes, Brand Value Enhancements, Procurement, Conversion and Supply Quality initiatives.

Decision making: 1) Decide appropriate level of resources required to support the initiatives. 2) Identify Supply/Conversion hurdles as it pertains to the initiative.

Financial responsibility: Facilitate the successful delivery by the Supply organization of the initiative’s financial goal. Collect input for the appropriate costs to develop a supply project budget for the initiative. Manage the supply project budget.

General knowledge of the supply chain is desired. Individual will work with brand marketing, procurement, supply quality, compliance, plant conversion, technical, material planning, and supply planning groups.

This position will lead cross-functional Supply teams with a focus on initiatives to make changes to existing products in the NA market.  The individual will be managing several initiatives at any one time.

1.       The individual is responsible for cross-functional execution of projects, in regards to timing, cost, and quality.

2.          Responsible to apply the e-Navigate principles and process in managing the project.

3.          Responsible to identify and drive resolution process of supply chain and quality hurdles that arise during the project.

4.          Responsible to communicate project status regularly to the Supply Project Sponsor, the business partner, and the rest of Technical Operations.

5.          Accountable and responsible to develop and manage project timelines.

6.          Responsible to develop and manage risk profiles for each initiative.
