USA: Region Manager


Review monthly account performance, including revenue / value creation.

* Manage 1 statewide distributor in Oklahoma, 1 in Nebraska, and 1 in South Dakota

* Integrated collaborative business plan for sales region by market within the On and Off Premise

* Development of local market opportunities and channel focused tactics

* Sharing of best practices

* Review development plans quarterly.

* Ensure sales region staff acts as high performing team.

* Recognize and immediately addresses gaps/ opportunities.

* Assist in the development of region budget plans along with FM and RD.

* Review monthly On and Off Premise pricing and programming (KPI’s) by channel.

* Deliver fact based selling presentations by On and Off Premise sub channel.

* Development of action plan for each On and Off Premise opportunity.

* Proactive management of key accounts and relationships.
