UK: Training Design & Project Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Sales Capability Team for a Training Design & Project Manager who will manage a team of Sales Training Consultants and work with the Head of Sales Capability, driving best practice and continuous improvement through our training interventions, keeping us up to date with capability trends to deliver the best training and development to the front line.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Delivery of formal sales training and development agenda across channels in the UK
• Design and delivery of set piece training interventions to support national business objectives
• Demonstrate and execute an up to date knowledge; techniques and research around best practice sales training in the UK and Globally
• Project manage and execute through the relevant resource all sales capability specific initiatives
• Setting goals and driving measurement on Return on Investment for all Training & Development interventions that are delivered through the sales capability team
• Management of a team of Sales Training Consultants
