Liviko is to become the sole representative of Bacardi-Martini Group's products in Estonia.
From May 17, AS Liviko will become the sole importer and representative of Bacardi-Martini in Estonia. Its subsidiary SIA Liviko took over representative rights for the group's products in Latvia in January this year.

Members of the public will be able to have a first-hand view of the brewing process this weekend as the Radegast brewery in the Czech Republic? is opening its doors.
This Saturday (May 1st) will be the brewery's thirteenth Open Door Day and it is to take place from 08:00 to 16:00 local time.
Fans of the popular Moravian beer will be taken on a free-of-charge tour through the entire process of beer making and, at the end, they will have a chance to sample the brew in the lookout restaurant above the brewery.
C&C Group, the Irish drinks producer behind Magners cider, has sold its spirits and liqueurs division to William Grant, the group behind Glenfiddich, for Eu300m (£259m), it was revealed this Friday.
The division includes a complementary portfolio of premium niche brands - Tullamore Dew, Carolans, Frangelico and Irish Mist - which it said are exported to over 80 international markets.
The company, which last year paid Eu45m for Gaymers cider, said it would use the proceeds of the disposal to pay down debt.
For the year ended 28 February 2009, the division generated revenue of Eu85.9m, ebitda before exceptional items of Eu16.1m and ebit before exceptional items of Eu15.3m.
Stephen Glancey, C&C's chief operating officer, added: "While the division represents a comparatively small component of C&C‚s overall earnings, the consideration reflects the quality of its brand portfolio and its strong market positions. [...more]
Halewood International has repositioned its Sidekick brand to cash in on the demand for long drinks and pitchers.
The brand is being given a new strapline: "Mix'd Your Way" to highlight that, in addition to a traditional shot, Sidekick is also suitable for long drink consumption with a mixer or as a cocktail ingredient in a sharing pitcher.
The move is the latest in a series of steps taken by Halewood to move away from the single shot market. Around 18 months ago, the company reduced the alcohol content for the brand by about 30% to an ABV of 14.5%. [...more]

The brewer is keeping exact details of the TV ad under wraps until it is aired on Saturday 8 May during the Football League playoff coverage on Sky, but appearances from 1966 World Cup winner Jack Charlton, Sir Steve Redgrave and Sir Clive Woodward have been confirmed.
