Extensive vineyard experience required to work in a challenging climate. Preferably east coast US experience

* Specific experience managing the harvest and processing the grapes a requirement.

* Specific experience in entire process of making wine.

* Ability to follow instructions of consulting winemaker a requirement.

* Experience working with mobile bottler desired.

* Knowledge of government regulations and reporting desired.

* Self starter and problem solver required.

*Able to guide tours and conduct winetasting for our guest

* Spanish and/or italian speaking desired but not required.
