New-York: Field Sales Manager

Development, tracking & communication of On Premise numbers and goals
• Develop, implement and track On Premise Incentives
• Conduct quarterly On Premise Business reviews and tactical business planning meetings
with On Premise District Managers
Distributor Responsibilities
• Implement, communicate and maintain CWUS CORE On Premise Standards and Tools
• Conduct sales meetings including education, information, programming, new products
• In market sales activities including distributor ride withs, key account calls, multi unit
development
• Communication w/ On Premise Distributor District Managers, Sales Teams and CWUS
Field Managers
National Accounts
• Communicate all National Account Programs to distributor personnel (sales &
purchasing)
• Track National Account Placements
• Assist distributor in presenting optional items
• Work with Franchise groups to secure business
Multi Unit & Key Accounts
• Develop a target list and sales strategy to secure business
